• Legal Proceedings: Lead cases through pre-proceedings and active care proceedings, ensuring all statutory.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you must have,.

• Social Work England registration and a recognized Social Work qualification.

• Frontline Expertise: Significant experience in managing Section 47 enquiries and court work (both private and public law).

• Compliance: A fully completed DfE sheet must be submitted with every CV to be considered for this position.
