Community Social Worker

Key Responsibilities

The Community Social Worker provides housing and supportive services to homeless or at-risk clients to help them achieve independence and stability. Responsibilities include developing person-centered service plans, conducting health and safety inspections, and providing crisis intervention.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience in social services, preferably working with homeless or mentally ill populations. A valid Connecticut driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong documentation and computer skills are required.
