About the Role
Join Grace Health as a Behavioral Health Clinician – Integrated Care, KY in United States. Provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of behavioral health clients.
- Provide effective treatment planning and assisting clients in successfully achieving goals.
- Evaluate crisis situations and apply appropriate interventions.
- Actively participate in meetings that support Grace CHC’s integrated health care model to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Requirements
- Adhere to post Master’s requirements regarding supervision and practice; ethical guidelines, and board approved practice regulations.
