Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 in-house NNP coverage including rounding and acute NICU care
  • Attend deliveries and manage neonatal emergencies in a Level III NICU
  • Perform procedures based on experience and clinical competency
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and subspecialists in a team-oriented environment
  • Manage an average daily census of 19 with strong physician support

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 in-house coverage for a Level III NICU, including rounding and acute care management. Attend deliveries and collaborate with neonatologists and subspecialists to manage neonatal emergencies.

Requirements

Requires an active Florida state license and APRN national specialty certification. Candidates must hold a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing and have been clinically active within the past year.
