Key Responsibilities

Level II Pharmacists are responsible for providing prescribed pharmaceuticals and drug information necessary for patient care, operating as a transitional role between distributive and clinical pharmacy functions. Time allocation between these domains depends on the facility and department needs.

Licensure & Certifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and be a Licensed Registered Pharmacist upon hire. Required experience includes either completion of a PGY-1 residency, 3 years of hospital experience, or internal advancement from a Level I Pharmacist position.
