High Focus Centers in Branchburg is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Counselor to join our team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services.

Position Details

• Location: Branchburg, NJ
• 3322 US-22, Building 14, Suite 1403
• Branchburg, NJ 08876
• Position: Full-Time Licensed Counselor
• Salary: $56,000–$60,000 annually
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One evening shift per week: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Required Licensure: LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW

What You'll Do

As a Counselor at High Focus Centers, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, direct clinical care while supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.

Your responsibilities will include

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.

Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions within PHP and IOP programming.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with treatment team members to support positive treatment outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Participate in utilization review, aftercare planning, and outcome measurement processes.
• Communicate with referral sources and outpatient providers as appropriate to promote continuity of care.
• Contribute to curriculum development, clinical training, and ongoing program improvement.
• Complete required organizational and accreditation-related training.

What We're Looking For

• Required:
• Active New Jersey licensure as an LAC, LSW, LPC, or LCSW.
