The Clinical Team Lead provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for the Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) while supervising multidisciplinary staff. They are responsible for conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented care in the community.
Candidates must hold an active North Carolina clinical license such as LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent, along with a Master's degree in a human services field. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with severe mental illness and at least 2 years of post-graduate experience are required.
