• Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA, prior to starting employment Required.

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university approved by the AOTA, prior to starting employment Preferred.

Requirements

• Certification Required Occupational Therapist (OTL)

• License Current license issued by the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners that is in good standing, prior to starting employment Required

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.
