Job Description
Maternal RN Nurse Educator-Day Shift
We are actively looking for an RN Nurse Educator with direct Maternal experience.
We are seeking a passionate individual with extensive experience in Labor & Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics to lead and inspire our nursing team.
Position Responsibilities
- Design and implement educational programs and training sessions for nursing staff.
- Evaluate and enhance the quality of nursing practice through continuous development strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Mentor and support nurses in their professional growth and development.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Maternal Child settings (L&D, NICU, MBU, Peds).
- Previous educator experience in an acute facility setting.
