Job Description
Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (Overnight Shift)

We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our nocturnist team on the night shift.
Position Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive hospital-based care to adult patients.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Manage admissions, conduct daily rounds, and handle cross-coverage duties.
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging results.
- Adjust medications and treatments as required for patient care.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions overnight.
- Work collaboratively with doctors and hospital leadership to enhance patient care quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and communication regarding patient activities.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification is mandatory.
- Preferred experience in inpatient, hospitalist, critical care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a physician-led team.
