Summary of Job Duties

We are seeking a Primary Care APRN who will provide comprehensive, adult patient-centered care across the lifespan, including health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic disease management, and coordination of care. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the APRN will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients while promoting evidence-based practice, patient education, and continuity of care to improve individual and population health outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Nursing – Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Two (2) years of RN experience. One (1) year of Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) experience.

Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas; Arkansas APRN License, or eligible for licensure. Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Four (4) years of RN experience. Two (2) years of Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) experience.

• Prescriptive authority and DEA license must be obtained after hire.
• Primary Care clinic experience.
