Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify patient functional limitations and rehabilitation needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and overall independence.
Must have completed an Occupational Therapist program from an accredited institution. Must hold or be willing to obtain an Occupational Therapist license in the state of Texas.
