Job Description
Kingswood Senior Living in South Kansas City is looking for a Director of Nursing for our 54-bed Assisted Living community. The preferred candidate will be a RN but LPN's will also be considered. General Overview

Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing is responsible for supervising nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care and productivity. They also oversee department budgets, manage staff hiring and training, and report directly to senior leadership.
Requirements
The preferred candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN), though Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) will also be considered. Candidates must demonstrate leadership capabilities and the ability to maintain confidentiality and quality performance standards.
