Physical Therapist I PRN

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates and assesses patients to establish functional goals and provides treatment according to a written plan of care. Facilitates patient health and healing while documenting interventions and contributing to the development of staff and students.

Requirements

Requires a Physical Therapist (PT) license and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Basic computer literacy skills are required, with advanced training or certification in the area of practice preferred.
