Key Responsibilities

The therapist evaluates and assesses patients to establish functional goals and provides treatment according to a written plan of care. They are also responsible for documenting interventions, coordinating discharge planning, and supervising clinical students or support staff.

Requirements

The position requires an entry-level candidate with basic computer skills and the ability to obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Candidates must be licensed or certified in physical therapy as per professional standards.
