Job Description
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Remote
- Location: Michigan
- Position: Full-Time
- Setting: Remote / Telehealth
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed therapist in Michigan to provide virtual mental health care to clients through scheduled telehealth sessions. You will support clients with a range of emotional and behavioral concerns while keeping treatment organized, consistent, and well documented.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through telehealth
- Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
- Create and update treatment plans
- Track client progress during ongoing care
- Complete timely and accurate session notes
- Follow appropriate safety and risk procedures
- Active Michigan license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience in outpatient mental health treatment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload remotely
- 2 weeks paid time off

Requirements
Requires an active Michigan license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Candidates must have experience in outpatient mental health treatment and strong communication skills.
