Job Description

As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve. Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Indiana LBA preferred or must be eligible to obtain state licensure
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician
Key Responsibilities
Design individualized programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. Provide trauma-informed, ethical care using a neuro-affirming and assent-based approach.
