The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing and directing resident rehabilitation care while meeting all center, state, and federal standards. They must evaluate resident needs, establish effective treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current, active Physical Therapist license in the state of operations. Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings is preferred.
