Key Responsibilities
The Behavior Analyst will design individualized treatment plans and lead clinical care for their caseload. They are responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians and Program Managers while partnering directly with families to drive progress.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The role requires successful completion of a criminal background check, TB test, and physical exam.
