About the Opportunity

HV Talent Group is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Ada, Oklahoma. This role provides the opportunity to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.

The SLP will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions in collaboration with patients and their families. The position also involves monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, providing education and counseling, assisting with discharge planning, and supervising clinical fellows, students, and support personnel in accordance with professional standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments.
  • Develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Document and communicate ongoing patient progress.
  • Adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.
  • Provide education and counseling to support patient outcomes.
  • Assist with discharge planning.
  • Supervise clinical fellows, students, and support personnel in accordance with professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Licensed Speech Therapist with current licensure through the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
  • Prior experience as an SLP is preferred.
