We are seeking Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) who are passionate about working with children and families in natural settings.

Position Overview

As an LMSW providing Early Intervention services, you will support children from birth to age 3 with developmental delays. Services are delivered in home and community environments in partnership with families and other care team members. You will use your clinical expertise to provide both direct services and family support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver social work services to children ages 0–3 in home and community settings.
• Provide support to families as part of an interdisciplinary Early Intervention team.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with IFSP goals.
• Document services and maintain records in compliance with NYC EI program standards.
• Engage in ongoing communication with caregivers, service coordinators, and related providers.
• Promote family capacity building through education and coaching.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Experience working with children under 5 and/or families strongly preferred.
