Clinical Care and Quality

  • Lead Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming, clinical quality, and treatment outcomes for your assigned caseload.
  • Provide a minimum of 25 supervision hours per week.
  • Oversee other applicable service codes in accordance with North Carolina Medicaid, payer, and state requirements.
  • Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
  • Review learner progress and use clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
  • Maintain strong standards for supervision, documentation, ethical practice, and quality of care.
  • Build collaborative relationships with families and support their involvement in treatment.
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor RBTs.
  • Deliver actionable clinical feedback and support ongoing skill development.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable with consistency and empathy.
  • Partner with clinic operations on staffing, onboarding, RBT retention, and team support.
  • Identify and mentor future clinical leaders.
  • Foster a clinic culture built on collaboration, accountability, encouragement, and fun.
