Build your orthodontic practice across four established Gentle Dental locations in Oregon’s Willamette Valley — with the patient access, team support, and resources of a large dental group while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice your way.

Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our Oregon specialty team, providing care across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for a four-day workweek, established patient communities, and the ability to focus on patient care while an experienced team supports the business side of practice.

Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days per Week

What We’RE Looking For

• Orthodontic Residency Certificate
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Current Oregon dental license or ability to obtain an Oregon license by the time of employment
• Current required licenses and certifications, including CPR and NPI
• Strong commitment to quality patient care
• Collaborative approach to working with doctors and office teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
