Key Responsibilities

The Section Chief will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for Newborn Services and Pediatric Hospital Medicine across the Corewell Health network. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support staffing, quality initiatives, and program development while delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Medical Degree (MD or DO) and be board-eligible or board-certified in General Pediatrics. Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation (NRP), BLS, and PALS is required, along with a demonstrated record of clinical excellence in pediatric hospital and newborn medicine.
