Job description
UT Health East Texas is seeking a board-certified Physician Assistant to join their high-volume, growing Women’s Health Team practice in Tyler, TX. Collaborate with our board-certified Urogynecologist to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of common urogynecology medical and surgical conditions as directed, execute physical exams, collect history, and provide care for inpatient and post operational discharge services.
Your Work
- Both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Mon – Fri 8-5
- 15-20 patients per day average
- 3-6 patients per week post-operational discharge
- Primary worksite location near UT Health Tyler hospital and two monthly outreach outpatient clinics
- Epic EMR
- Experience in Urology, Surgery, OBGYN, or Primary Care preferred

Key Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will collaborate with a Urogynecologist to assess, diagnose, and treat various urogynecological conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include performing physical exams, collecting patient histories, and managing post-operational discharge services.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified Physician Assistants. Experience in Urology, Surgery, OBGYN, or Primary Care is preferred.
