- Transports clients safely to and form home/IOP facility via van and in facility.
- Completes documentation promptly.
- Participates in keeping IOP area clean and maintained to enhance patient care.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience Required: 1 years of experience assisting in the care of mental health patients.
- Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Special Skills: Ability to respond and interact appropriately to the unique needs of the geriatric population.
- Licensure Description: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Current Class R driving license with clean driving record.
