Key Responsibilities
- will do: Answer all incoming telephone calls from patients, physicians, and other departments and handle each as appropriate in accordance with NorthShore telephone customer service standards and practice protocols including documenting in Epic telephone encounters Utilize Epic to schedule and register all new, established, and post-procedure patients in accordance with patient and physician preferences, physician availability, and practice protocols Obtain prior authorization for procedures Review provider templates Provide other administrative support under the direction of the Physicians and Practice Manager What you will need: Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
