Dental Hygienist

Key Responsibilities

The Dental Hygienist performs routine oral hygiene procedures, including scaling and root planning, while providing patient education and clinical support. They also maintain exam rooms, document encounters in the EHR, and assist the dentist in implementing treatment plans.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene and possess a current New Jersey Dental Hygienist license. A minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience is preferred, along with current CPR/BLS and local anesthesia certifications.
