As a Social Worker / Therapist you will partner with youth and families in a compassionate way, offering consistent support through meetings, therapy, and responsive crisis care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly client and caregiver meetings to support treatment goals, provide psychoeducation, and coordinate care with providers.

• Wraparound team members to build connections for family.

• Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.

• Provide individual or family therapy when indicated.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling/Social Work/Psychology

• Registered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensed

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours as needed

• Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: Starting at $77,250

• Signing bonus: $77,000.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
