Job Location: Yampa Valley Healthcare Center - Craig, CO, Position Type: PRN, Salary Range: $50.00 - $55.00Hourly, Infinity Rehab is seeking a Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist to work PRN Monday, Wednesday and Friday within our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center, in Craig, CO. Key Responsibilities
Provide and direct speech-language pathology services for adults with various medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary issues. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in speech-language pathology and current Colorado licensure. Candidates must possess a Certificate of Clinical Competency and at least one year of experience in long-term care.
