The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and administer medically prescribed therapy to pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care with families and staff while maintaining accurate clinical records and participating in quality improvement programs.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license and CPR certification.
