Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities to improve mobility and functional independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and utilize telehealth tools to deliver evidence-based care and document patient progress.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one in the state of practice. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as patient transfers.
