The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) independently provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis, and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy for patients and their support systems, incorporating concepts from life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW collaborates with the patient, support system, and the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT) to develop and implement evidence-informed, person-centered care plans across the care continuum.
Required qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work (or in candidacy status) and holding an Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire, along with licensure in all states where care is delivered. Preferred qualification is two years of social work experience.
