Dental Hygienist, Medical-Dental Integration- Eastside Family Health Center

Key Responsibilities

The Dental Hygienist will perform comprehensive oral health assessments, preventive cleanings, and periodontal treatments within community and school-based clinics. They will also collaborate with medical providers to integrate dental screenings into primary care and provide patient education and case management.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene and possess active DORA licensure for Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthesia. BLS certification is required, along with the ability to perform clinical duties in a medical-dental integrated setting.
