We are actively hiring immediately for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support students in a school-based setting in Taos, New Mexico.

This is a federal contract opportunity with strong pay, consistent hours, and the chance to make a real impact working with children and adolescents.

• Location: Taos, NM (Onsite – No Remote)
• Position Type: W-2 | Full-Time | School-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Provide school-based counseling (individual & group)
• Support student mental health and behavioral needs
• Conduct assessments, interventions, and crisis support
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Maintain clinical documentation and reports

• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent
• Experience with children, adolescents, or school settings
• Ability to pass background check (required for working with minors)
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Preferred

• School social work experience

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly compensation with additional fringe pay in lieu of traditional benefits, in compliance with federal contract requirements. Pay: $65–$70/hour total compensation (includes federally required fringe pay in lieu of traditional benefits).
