Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Full Time Certified Hand Therapist to join our team. As part of our hand therapy team, you will work closely with our referring Physicians and learn from our highly trained therapists. Our senior CHT's are skilled in splinting and treatment of more complex diagnoses. Our hand therapy team works closely together to foster learning with hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.
What You'll Do
- Performing Occupational Therapy Evaluations
- Performing Occupational Therapy Treatments
- Directing patient care
- Performing objective measures
- Supervising with active participation of COTAs and non-licensed providers
- Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
- Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed
- Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues

- Licensed in the state of California
- CHT or CHT eligible

Key Responsibilities
The Certified Hand Therapist will perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments while directing patient care and overseeing clinical protocols. They will also supervise COTAs and non-licensed providers while coordinating with physicians to manage patient treatment plans.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited PT/OT program and hold a valid license in the state of California. Additionally, applicants must be a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or CHT eligible.
