Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer physical therapy treatment plans and therapeutic modalities to patients in their homes. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating with the clinical team regarding patient progress and equipment needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state license to practice Physical Therapy and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A current CPR certification and experience collaborating with healthcare professionals are also required.
