Job Description
Compensation Package
- Base Salary
- $260,000/year
- $21,666.67 per month
- Paid twice monthly (15th and last day of each month)
- Work Expectations
Expected Availability
- Average of 10 shifts/month
- 120 shifts/year

Productivity Compensation (wRVU Bonus)
Additional Compensation Of
- $35 per wRVU billed
- Paid monthly based on prior month production
- Excess Shift Bonus
- If the physician works more than 10 shifts in a month:

- $1,700 per extra shift
- Reconciliation Provision
Bonuses Are Reconciled Quarterly and Annually
Must Exceed
- 30 shifts per quarter
