Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based | Ludlow, VT | Full-Time (40 Hours)/Week | 2026–27 School Year
Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based pediatric position in Ludlow, VT. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position.
This roles is ideal for PTs interested in pediatric therapy, school-based practice, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in students' everyday school experience.

- PT Responsibilities
- Depending on licensure and role, responsibilities may include:
- Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12)
- Support students in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to their educational environment
- Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions
- Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
- Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams
- Physical Therapists (PTs) may also conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, contribute to IEP development, make clinical recommendations, and provide supervision to PTAs as appropriate.

- Active Vermont Physical Therapist license
- Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
- Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
