Key Responsibilities

• The clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the medical care team.

Requirements

• Current and active Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist or CSWA, PCA, or MFTA (required by first day of employment).

• Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $76,878.42 - $94,684.81

• Signing bonus: $10,000.

• CME allowance: $2,500.

Work Schedule
