The physician will provide general outpatient family or internal medicine primary care to a diverse patient population. They will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Candidates must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree and be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds. An active Oregon medical license and DEA registration are required prior to the start of employment.
