The provider will deliver a full spectrum of primary care services including pediatrics, adult acute and preventive care, and prenatal/postpartum support. Additionally, they will provide medications for substance use disorders within a residential treatment campus setting.
Candidates must hold an MD, DO, or FNP degree from an accredited medical school and possess current Oregon state licensure. Board certification in Addiction Medicine is preferred for this role.
