Discover the advantages of Advanced Independent Practice - UroPartners - powered by Urology Alliance. As a member of Urology Alliance (UA), UroPartners is supported by the nation’s leading patient-focused, excellence-driven physician-led urology network.

This partnership empowers UroPartners to deliver superior, individualized patient care by leveraging Urology Alliance’s robust, world-class business and organizational support, ensuring our clinicians can focus on what they do best – providing top-notch care in a successful and dynamic private practice setting.

Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking to level up your career in a thriving, supportive environment? Our bustling Skokie and Highland Park clinics are growing!

Collaborative Urology Team: Join a well-established group of 2 urologists committed to delivering top-tier, patient-focused care across Skokie and Highland Park. Consistent and Supportive Schedule: Enjoy a reliable Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm workweek that promotes work-life balance and long-term career satisfaction.

The weekends are all yours! Blended Care Environment: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a primarily outpatient practice complemented by biweekly inpatient rounds, offering variety in your day while ensuring continuity of care across the patient journey.

Meaningful Patient Interactions: See approximately 25-30 patients per clinic-day, while also focusing on pre-ops, post-ops, and consults—ensuring quality over quantity.

Why You’ll Love Skokie, IL - Where Diversity, Convenience & Community Come Together The Best of Both Worlds: Just north of Chicago, Skokie offers suburban comfort with unbeatable city access. Whether you’re commuting downtown or heading to O’Hare, everything feels within reach.

A Truly Diverse Community: Skokie is known for its welcoming atmosphere and rich cultural diversity. Residents enjoy a vibrant mix of restaurants, shops, and community events that reflect traditions from around the world.

Parks, Trails & Outdoor Fun: From the scenic trails at Skokie Northshore Sculpture Park to dozens of neighborhood parks and recreational facilities, there are plenty of opportunities to stay active and enjoy the outdoors.

Shopping & Entertainment Close to Home: Whether you’re catching a movie, exploring local businesses, or shopping at Westfield Old Orchard, Skokie offers conveniences typically found in much larger communities.

Excellent Schools & Services: Strong schools, well-maintained public amenities, and access to top healthcare providers make Skokie an attractive choice for families, professionals, and retirees alike.

Community That Feels Connected: From seasonal festivals and farmers markets to cultural celebrations and neighborhood gatherings, Skokie fosters a strong sense of belonging that keeps residents engaged year-round. Patients Come First. Every decision we make is anchored in strengthening patient care.

Our physicians lead with a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes, and our shared infrastructure ensures they have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community we serve. A Physician-Led Organization at Every Level. Our model is built on physician leadership.

Through our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians, clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This physician-led structure, supported by national-scale resources, preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.

True Partnership That Enables Physicians to Focus on Patients. Instead of a traditional management model, we operate as a Management Services Organization (MSO).

Our national infrastructure, which includes analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support, reduces administrative burden so physicians can devote their time and expertise to patients. We enable, we support, and we align. We do not manage. Outcomes Matter.

Our leadership is driven by the measurable value we deliver to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth.

As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we continue to expand access and raise the standard of specialty-care nationwide. Interested in learning more? We are just a click away. No pressure. Just information and a partnership built for physicians who want to lead the future of specialty care.

Be empowered to make your best next career move! The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources.
