Physical Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. They are responsible for monitoring patient progress and maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold or be eligible for a state license. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
