This position offers no call requirements, weekends off, day shifts only. Work with Geode Health in Chicago, Illinois, United States.
The provider will conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. They will also perform medication management and provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate.
Candidates must hold an active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Illinois and a valid DEA license. At least one year of professional work experience in an Advance Practice Provider role is required.
