Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide Telehealth services in Colorado. Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy State license must have a Colorado license 2 years work experience in geriatric care (preferably SNF) Experience with NetHealth One year of experience as a PT Telehealth experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct telehealth physical therapy care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy and a valid Colorado state license. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in geriatric care, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
