Key Responsibilities

• Inspires confidence from patients, families, and staff by performing and communicating in a highly professional manner at all times.

• Participates in performance improvement activities.

• Attends mandatory hospital and department conferences and meetings.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree although a master's/doctorate degree is preferred.

• Licenses and/or Certifications.

• New York State physical therapy license or eligible for licensing as limited by the New York State Physical Therapy Practice Act for the continuance of employment.

• Maintains a valid BLS/CPR Certification.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $82K - $103K

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.
