About Us
Harmony United Pennsylvania PLLC DBA Harmony United Psychiatric Care (“HUPC”) is a network of outpatient mental health clinics providing comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services through in-person and virtual visits using a secure online telehealth platform.
Our services include Psychiatric and Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy and Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists.
We provide care to adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care based on each patient's needs.
Qualifications
Must have at least two years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, or one year of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner plus three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in another specialty.
Must be board-certified and eligible to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Must hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and meet all applicable Pennsylvania practice requirements.
Must have appropriate prescribing authority in Pennsylvania, including any required controlled-substance registration.
Outpatient mental health experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Provide medication management and brief psychotherapeutic interventions.
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Administer Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) medications when necessary. This is an infrequent service in most clinics.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, medications, and treatment strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable Pennsylvania requirements.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal and Pennsylvania laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Stay current with developments in psychiatry through continuing education and professional development.

Potential to earn $160,000+ annually with a 40-hour work week, based on productivity and applicable compensation terms

Work Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week or five 8-hour shifts per week
Offices Are Open Monday Through Thursday
- Availability to work additional days through telemedicine for additional compensation, including Friday through Sunday
- Option to work up to 50% via telemedicine once productivity requirements are achieved
- On-call availability by phone only, approximately seven days every 5–6 months
