Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for individuals on the autism spectrum. They will also provide supervision to behavior therapists and ensure high-quality service delivery through data collection and progress monitoring.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field and possess a current BCBA certification. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred, and applicants must have a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
