Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing direct care to facilitate recovery. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and educate staff and families on rehabilitation goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current, active Physical Therapist license and be a graduate of an approved Physical Therapy curriculum. Experience in long-term care is preferred, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional licensure.
